I am proud to introduce you to Ricky and Kaja, two INCREDIBLE humans, with the sweetest pup named Val, who I had the privilege of helping through the housing journey. We were introduced through my former boss and dear friend, Alexis, who is now Ricky's boss!
I was ecstatic when Ricky and Kaja reached out to me last August with the intention of starting their home search. We hopped on a brief call to learn more about each other and determine if we were a good fit to work together. I was instantly drawn to their top-notch communication and mutual respect for one another and knew I wanted to earn their trust and business.
Shortly after our call, I set up their search and we jumped into the market with a discovery day. They were looking for a single family home or townhome with the following parameters:
2-3 bedrooms
2+ bathrooms
A well-equipped kitchen
A backyard fit for entertaining
Close proximity to Highway 36 for easy access to work
Locations: Westminster and Broomfield
Though some buyers need several months to tour, we only explored about five properties, within two weekends, before Ricky and Kaja found the one.

Before we knew it, we were under contract on a beautifully updated and well-maintained townhome on Meade street. They were drawn to the large, updated kitchen, the low maintenance backyard and the three large bedrooms on the top floor. Our under contract process was an absolute breeze. At inspection, the seller made updates to HVAC and electrical systems and provided concessions for a brand new roof, the home appraised at value, and we made it to the closing table with no hiccups!

Ricky and Kaja's motivation for buying was simple - LOVE. These two are deeply in love and have big dreams of starting a family together. Their new home is perfectly equipped to help them begin their next chapter in life and I am beyond grateful that they chose me to help them see this goal to fruition.
Working with folks like Ricky and Kaja reinforces why I love my career and fuels my passion for helping people access housing. Being a part of a process that is built on love, trust, and respect brings me so much joy and inspires me to be the best I can every day.
Since their closing, I've stayed close to Ricky and Kaja - attending a CU Boulder women's basketball game with them (GO BUFFS!), celebrating them at their house warming party, and enjoying a girl's night with Kaja and Maddy (their AMAZING lender, and my dear friend, who helped them with the financing for their home).

Congratulations Ricky, Kaja, and Val 🐩! You were a dream to work with and I am truly grateful for our blossoming friendship. I look forward to making more memories together and I can't wait to see how your lives grow in this next chapter! A HUGE thank you to the following folks who helped to provide a seamless transaction:
