Congratulations to Chris and Michelle for buying their Green Mountain home with A VIEW! 🏔️

I met Chris and Michelle at an open house in January on one of the coldest days of the year! Maddy Westra and I were hosting an open house together (per usual) and in walked Chris and Michelle, a kind couple who were renting in the area and interested in making a move to the coveted Green Mountain neighborhood.

Our experience was unique in that we didn't take the tradition route of meeting for coffee, doing a discovery day, and then touring for a few weeks or months before submitting an offer. Chris and Michelle knew what neighborhood they wanted to live in and already had a couple of homes in mind.

They showed me another property for sale in the neighborhood and we made a plan to tour it after the open house.

As soon as they walked into the home it was evident that it was the right fit. One of my favorite aspects of helping people buy real estate is that feeling you experience when you walk into a home that checks all of the boxes.

The home we toured was a bi-level home with 1,918 square feet, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a wood burning stove, a 2-car garage, on a large lot, with a beautiful view of the Rocky Mountains from the living room.

Within three days we were under contract on a smooth deal! In the end, my clients walked away with a beautifully maintained home at asking price and the sellers provided a brand new radon mitigation system and a water heater!
