I am proud to introduce my network to Kyler Williams, Founder and CEO of Dream Painting LLC in Colorado!
I discovered Kyler's work through Instagram and often find myself on his page, scrolling through fun and informative painting content. His company does it all, with a specialization in painting and staining on interior and exterior surfaces.
Kyler grew up in Washington state and played trumpet! He thought he'd grow up to be a jazz musician, but as it often does, life veered in a different direction, towards the world of banking. As a banker he often met with people of different professions and found that he really hit it off with business owners. His exposure to other career paths led him to explore becoming a business owner himself.
He started where many people in their early 20s begin - Youtube. He devoured hours and hours of painting videos, meticulously studying how to apply paint and learning tricks to make the paint job as professional and smooth as possible. He then dipped his toes in the real world by asking for low risk jobs where he received hands-on experience. These initial stepping stones helped him learn lessons the hard way in a low-pressure environment.
He started his company in June of 2019 with no prior painting experience. He was transitioning out of a career in banking and had connected with many business owners during his time as a banker. He has a gift for talking to people and creating relationships - the secret sauce for any successful business owner. Since his launch five years ago, Kyler's crew has grown exponentially. He now has 12 painters on his team and he has taken on a more back-end role, providing sales support and project management.
Though he lives in southeast Aurora, Kyler will travel wide and far to help people refresh their homes! He covers Colorado from Boulder to Castle Rock and is willing to travel even further for bigger projects.
Some of the jobs his team are equipped to help with include: full repaints, accent walls, trims, and exterior paint jobs. They can help elevate and refresh a space or change the mood entirely, offering a wide array of solutions to help create your dream home.
He loves helping folks who have just invested in real estate and want to make their house a home. He often brings along an interior designer to help create a game plan that can be executed all at once or over time, depending on the client's budget and timeline.
They're now offering a new program called "Paint Now, Pay Later". If someone wants to sell but can’t front the cost of a paint job, his crew will front up to $10,000 to help them make their home shine.
